This award recognises excellence in the engagement of students, staff and the community. This person will provide exemplary service in terms of performance or development, perhaps overcoming particular barriers to achieve success. They will be an excellent communicator who embodies UoN Services values and:

- Is proactive and makes plans to address situations and adapts them to new circumstances
