This award recognises significant improvements to services or facilities that focus on the wellbeing of students, staff and the community. This will be a person or team who:
- Always looks to adopt changes that support our students, staff and/or community
- Generates and recognises new methods and ideas to improve a service or area of work which would assist our staff and/or students
- Persists in overcoming obstacles to improving the wellbeing of students, staff and/or the community
- Demonstrate a flexible approach to meet changing demands
