Sustainability
This award recognises teams or individuals who have improved UoNS’ ability to be either financially viable, environmentally responsible, well governed and managed or accountable through robust internal processes and sound risk management. This will be a team or individual that has delivered outstanding initiatives in their work area and:
- Integrates sustainability into everyday work practice
- Promotes sustainability in their work area
- Promotes sustainability at the University
- Who work together to overcome problems and achieve positive outcomes in a sustainable manner
- Is enthusiastic and committed to changing the behaviours of others to become more environmentally aware.
