The Hunter UShop has art supplies, stationery, as well as some nursing suppliers. You can also find newspapers, snacks and uni memorabilia.

Pinkies (with shops on both sides of campus) stocks a huge range of lollies, snacks and drinks.

For printing services, the Fuji Xerox Print Centre offers a huge range, plus course readers, all with discounts for UCard holders!

Co-Op Bookshop in the Shortland Buidling has all your text book needs, as well as a range of great fiction and non-fiction books.

The Callaghan Newsagency in the Shortland Building has a range of newspapers, magazines and stationery, as well as an Australia Post outlet.

As for banks, there is the Newcastle Permanent Building Society in the Shortland Building and the Commonwealth Bank near the Bar on the Hill.
