Gigs
The U puts on some amazing gigs every year with past performances from the likes of Hilltop Hoods, Angus & Julia Stone, Boy & Bear and Frenzal Rhomb.
What you can do:
You get to work the doors at some awesome live gigs! You can wristband, collect tickets and help with sound and lighting on the night. You can also help with set-up.
What you get out of it:
You get to see some of the best bands and DJs in Australia (and the world sometimes) for free! You also get to chat to people coming along to the gig so you can make new friends along the way. If you are into sound and lighting, it’s great to learn the ropes and the experience is great for your CV. You get rewards depending on the number of hours you volunteer for.
